It is a very sad fact that approximately 73% of the loan officers that were operating on the Central Coast a scant two years ago are no longer in business. So, what makes us stick around and even prosper?
We’re told by our clients that we seem to have a compass pointing us in the right direction. The end result of proper actions consistently taken--results in affirmative answers to these three simple questions:
1. Will I be given education, presented choices, then--recommendations of the very best loan for my situation?
2. Does my loan officer have the experience, and their company--the resources, to give me what I’m promised, when it’s promised?
3. Will my loan officer be communicating with me all along the way?
Simple things, really. But if there is any doubt at any point in the Real Estate Process, your due diligence demands that you run, not walk to a company that does perform.
